4. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION

● Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or official partners
only.
● Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation
via email or WhatsApp.
● Orders cannot be modified after processing has begun.
● We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or
if stock is unavailable.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

● Payments can be made securely through credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets,
or bank transfers using trusted payment gateways.
● All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
● In case of payment failure, please contact our support team immediately.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment
gateways.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

● Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding
Sundays/holidays).
● Estimated delivery time depends on your city and courier availability.
● Delivery delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or logistics issues
are beyond our control.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

● Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven’t
entered production or dispatch.
● Once the product is in preparation or shipped, cancellations are not
permitted.
● For cancellation requests, please email order@thebaklavahouse.in.

8. REFUND & REPLACEMENT

● Refunds are available only for verified damaged, defective, or missing
products.
● Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7
working days after approval.

All content, including logos, brand names, images, designs, and product
descriptions, are the exclusive property of Zaphira Organic Farms (OPC) Pvt.
