POLICY

At The Baklawa House by Zaphira, we take great pride in crafting every product
with purity, precision, and passion.
Each Baklawa, sweet, and gift box is handmade fresh — ensuring the highest
standards of quality, hygiene, and taste.
Since our products are perishable and handmade, we follow a fair and
transparent refund and replacement policy.

🧁 1. Return Policy
Our products are made fresh to order and cannot be resold once delivered.
Hence, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal
taste, or dislike of flavour.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it
right with a replacement or refund after verification.

🍯 2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements in the following cases:

● The package was damaged during transit.
● You received an incorrect product or missing items.
● The product was spoiled, melted, or leaked at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Share photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.
3. Provide your order ID and contact details.

Once verified by our team, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working
days.

💸 3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
● If a replacement is not possible due to unavailability of stock.
● If the order was cancelled before dispatch.
● If double payment or technical error occurred during online transaction.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working
days after confirmation.

🚫 4. No Refund/Replacement Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in cases such as:

● Delayed delivery due to courier or weather conditions.
● Incorrect shipping address or recipient unavailability.
● Opened, consumed, or tampered packaging after delivery.
● Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.

📦 5. Order Cancellation Policy
● Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placement, provided they
have not yet been processed or dispatched.
● Once the product is prepared or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be
accepted.
