Cancellation Policy

At The Baklawa House by Zaphira, each product is handcrafted fresh to order —
using premium nuts, pure honey, and artisanal care.
Since our sweets are perishable and handmade, cancellations are limited to
ensure fairness and quality control.
We value your understanding and strive to keep our process simple,
transparent, and customer-centric.

🍯 1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
● Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they
have not entered preparation or dispatch.
● To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Care immediately
via phone or email with your Order ID.
● If the cancellation is made within the permitted window, the full amount
will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

🧁 2. After Order Processing Begins

Once your order has entered the production or packaging stage, cancellation
requests cannot be accepted, as products are freshly prepared and customized
for you.

🚚 3. After Dispatch
● Once an order is dispatched or handed over to our delivery partner, it
cannot be cancelled or refunded.

● If you wish to change the delivery address after dispatch, please
contact our team — we’ll try our best to assist if the shipment has not
reached your city hub.

💸 4. Refund on Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved within the valid time frame:
● Refunds will be processed to your original payment source within 5–7
business days.
● In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, customers must share bank
details or UPI ID for processing.
● Refunds may vary slightly based on transaction gateway fees or taxes
deducted by payment providers.

🚫 5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

● Customised hampers or corporate gift boxes with personalisation.
● Festive pre-orders or bulk orders during Diwali, Eid, or weddings.
● Same-day or express-delivery orders already under preparation.
● Products made under limited-edition or promotional offers.

️ 6. Company’s Right to Cancel
The Baklawa House reserves the right to cancel any order under exceptional
circumstances, such as:
● Non-availability of ingredients or packaging materials.
● Incorrect or incomplete address / contact details.
● Payment verification failure or suspected fraud.
● Courier service unavailability in your location.

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
