To ensure that your sweets reach you in perfect condition and on time, we
partner with trusted, temperature-controlled logistics providers across India.
We understand that every order is special — whether it’s a festive gift, a
corporate hamper, or a personal indulgence — and we treat every delivery with
the same care that goes into making our Baklawa.
🍯 1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to:
● All major cities and towns across India
● Remote PIN codes (subject to courier availability)
● International deliveries (on pre-order or special request)

📦 2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
● All orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours of
confirmation (except Sundays and national holidays).
● In peak festive seasons, preparation time may extend to 72 hours, as
every batch is handmade with care.
● You will receive an email and WhatsApp update once your order has been
dispatched along with tracking details.

📦 All deliveries are subject to courier coverage and local conditions.
💸 4. SHIPPING CHARGES
● Free Shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹2,499.
● A minimal shipping fee is applied for smaller orders based on location
and weight.
● Express delivery within Lucknow is available at nominal extra cost.
For bulk or corporate orders, shipping is calculated based on weight,
destination, and packaging type.

Each box of Baklawa is:

✅ Shipped with temperature-safe insulation during summer months
We ensure every parcel passes a strict three-level quality check before
dispatch — because your first impression matters most.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via
SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner’s
website or via our customer support.

🚫 7. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
While we strive for timely delivery, external factors may occasionally cause
delays — such as:
● Weather conditions
● Strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities
● Courier network disruptions
● Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
In such cases, our team will stay in touch to keep you informed and assist
wherever possible.
📦 8. DAMAGED OR WRONG DELIVERIES
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact our
Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and order ID for verification, and we’ll offer a replacement
or resolution as per our Refund Policy.

️ 9. ORDER CANCELLATION
● Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven’t been
processed.
● Once the order has entered production or dispatch, cancellations are not
possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
